“Write a letter to a friend explaining the importance of human relationships in a digital world” is the theme of the Best Letter Competition 2026, launched by the Portuguese Communications Foundation.
Aimed at young people aged 9 to 15, this competition is promoted internationally by the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Participants are required to write a letter on the given theme, and the winning entry will represent Portugal in the international competition, alongside the entries selected from other UPU member countries.
