CTT won the category “Diversity and inclusion” of the Human Resources Awards Portugal 2020. This category awards the best diversity and labour inclusion practices. The award delivery ceremony took place on Thursday.

The Human Resources Awards are an initiative of the Human Resources Portugal magazine, a reference publication on the Human Resources’, Marketing and Communication areas, that awards the Portuguese companies that had the best performance in areas related to the human resources’ management.

To Miguel Salema Garção, CTT’s  Sustainability and Communications Manager: “It is with the greatest pride that once again we see CTT awarded with the Human Resources awards. In the scope of its social responsibility policy, CTT carried out several practices that promote “Diversity and inclusion”. It is with the utmost pleasure that we see the daily work developed by all CTT Universe employees awarded, with full delivery.”

The nominations in each category were made by a Consultants’ panel and by the magazine’s editorial team. They were based in surveys published in the last two years on climate, satisfaction, leadership, sustainability and social responsibility, among other subjects. The public chose the winners online, with more than 25 thousand voters.
