CTT – Correios de Portugal already counts with more than 1000 digital registered stores through the CTT "Create online stores” service. This offer enables physical retail or sales SMCs to create online stores very easily.

Released about five months ago, this CTT innovating service helps companies in the digital transition process, by providing new solutions and services to entrepreneurs.

Products such as clothes and shoes, home décor, food, electronics and computers, books, films, cosmetics and hygiene are the main segments that use this innovating platform.

The “CTT creates online stores” service is an offer that enables retail and sales SMCs to create online stores very easily, and sell their products.  This service, developed in a partnership with the Shopkit start-up, can be subscribed at the CTT website and ensures the conception of an online store in a very simple and intuitive way – along with other CTT delivery solutions. The companies don’t need any technical expertise in website development. All is made through a friendly and intuitive web interface, and there is a support service line (chat, email or phone) to clear any doubts.

This offer may be complemented with the CTT delivery systems, like the Logistics solutions and the Payments services, enabling the SMCs to have a single partner in their digital business. Thus, there is more availability to focus on the business and on the employees safety and welfare.

CTT has recently reinforced the investment on this service by integrating two new tools: the digital marketing e-Goi platform and the Moloni billing system.

Apart from the “CTT creates online stores” service, the company’s digital offer was recently reinforced with the CTT Local Business service. It works as a local focus digital marketplace, enabling small traders to have an online solution in a simple and intuitive application and some digital showrooms and fairs (to help them to sell their products), and the citizens to shop online.
