As part of its strategy for managing people and as one of the employer brands of reference in Portugal, CTT - Correios de Portugal presents the VI Edition of the Trainee Program  which aims to attract young talents in the early stages of their professional careers.

With 20 open positions this year, the Trainee Program lasts for 12 months - starting in September - and, for the selection of young graduates, their academic background will be relevant, as well as the training areas, preferably Management, Economics, Communication, Human Resources, Marketing, Digital, Mathematics, Engineering.

The Trainees will go through three different directions, where they will be accompanied by a Tutor per rotation, a Mentor throughout the Program, who will inspire them and facilitate networking, a Buddy - will be a former Trainee, and the Talent Management Department, which will accompany them throughout the program.

For CTT, social responsibility is very important and therefore the CTT Trainee Program could not fail to have a component dedicated to Volunteering. Thus, every two weeks, there will be an afternoon available for Trainees to collaborate with an institution of their choice. In parallel, and in order to facilitate the development of skills, the trainees will be involved in a project launched by the Strategy and Innovation Departments and that will ultimately have to be presented to the CEO and other members of the Executive Committee.
