Finding the tracking code

If you are waiting for a parcel to be delivered


Not all deliveries have a tracking code. If the delivery you are waiting for has one, that code may have been provided by CTT or by the sender.

When the code is provided by CTT

If the code is provided by CTT, it can be sent by:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • In your mailbox.

When the code is provided by the sender

For example, if you shopped online, the retailer will send you a code in the purchasing process.

If you are the sender
Not all deliveries have a code. If your delivery has a code, you can find it at the receipt given at the moment of posting. That document may be the registered mail acceptance receipt, or the expedition note of an express parcel.
