There are several delivery options enabling you to have a proof of delivery:

Registered mail

(the proof of delivery is optional)

If you add the proof of delivery additional service (advice of receipt) to the registered mail you will get a proof that your mail was effectively delivered at the destination. This proof is signed by the person to whom the mail is delivered.

Easy mail

(the proof of delivery is optional)

If you register the Easy Mail, you may add the proof of delivery additional service (advice of receipt). With this service, you will get a proof that your mail was effectively delivered at the destination.  This proof is signed by the person to whom the mail is delivered

Expresso parcels to Portugal and Spain

(the price includes the proof of delivery)

All Express parcels to Portugal and Spain include a proof of delivery with the following information:

  • Delivery date and time
  • Name and signature of the person to whom the parcel was delivered.

Delivery Today

  • If you shipped online, the proof of delivery will be available at the CTT App Today or at your website customer area
  • If you shipped at a CTT Contacto spot, enter the shipment code at Track or change parcel or in the CTT App to get the proof of delivery. It will be available after the parcel is delivered.

Delivery tomorrow or two days

Enter the shipment code at Track or change parcel or in the CTT App to get the proof of delivery. It will be available after the parcel is delivered.

Encomendas Expresso para o resto do Mundo

All Express parcels worldwide include a proof of delivery with the following information:

  • Delivery date and time
  • Name and signature of the person to whom the parcel was delivered.

After the parcel is delivered, we will send you an email with the proof of delivery. To request it, please call 707 200 118 (Monday to Friday, from 8h00 o 22h00, and Saturdays from 8h00 o 14h00).

Ordinary parcel

(the proof of delivery is optional)

If you add the proof of delivery additional service (advice of receipt) to the ordinary parcel, you will get a proof that your parcel was effectively delivered at the destination. This proof is signed by the person to whom the mail is delivered.
