The International Virtual Address allows you to make purchases at any online store in the UK or in the US, if:
- the online store delivers your order at your international address
- your order comes from a UK or US address.
Some online stores do not deliver to international warehouses. In this case, the online store must give you this information before you place your order, and you will not be able to use the International Virtual Address.
When purchasing at the online store, if you are charged import duties, it is because the product is from outside the UK or US, and you will not be able to use International Virtual Address to receive that order.
