Carbon Offset of the Express Shipments

The Express offer reduces the carbon footprint of direct greenhouse gas emissions within the national territory by supporting two projects with environmental and social benefits aimed at preserving biodiversity, generating employment, and improving the quality of life for local communities where they operate.

This is an initiative that complements the ongoing efforts by CTT to decarbonize the last mile, offsetting the carbon emissions resulting from their own transportation and delivery activities for parcels and express shipments in Portugal.

Every year, we invite people to help choose the two carbon offset projects (one national and one international) to support for this year and the next.
