The CTT Ombudsman is an independent body acting near the Board of Directors of CTT and regulating its conduct in accordance with principles of honesty, integrity, impartiality and fairness.

The CTT Ombudsman mission is to defend and promote the legal rights and guarantees of the Customers, as well as to strengthen the loyalty relationship between the customers and CTT.

The activity of the CTT Ombudsman is to listen to the customer, to understand his/her needs and worries, to find fair and adequate solutions for each customer and to respond to all situations in an efficient and swift manner thus contributing to enhance the customers trust towards the CTT Group.
